Roberto Guida, Head of Project Management, Vice Presidentof Comau, has been the Head of Project Management since 2010. He leads the Project Management, Planning, Risk, Contract and Site Management teams at Corporate and Regional levels, EUROPE, NAFTA, LATAM and APAC, and supports and monitors the global project portfolio by analyzing contracts and risks, as well as project best practices and lesson learned.

Roberto Guida carried out the Global Project Management Policy and Process in all Comau Business Units and Regional organizations to ensure an integrated management of project Scope, Quality, Timing and Cost, according with Project Management Institute (PMI®) standards.

He manages the Project Management family and also launched Comau PM Academy to develop Project Management culture and training. Since 2008, the Comau PM Academy is a PMI®Global REP, Global Registered Education Provider.

He is the author of the Comau book entitled “Managing Challenges Across Cultures – A project multicultural project team toolbox”, that presents a useful and practical toolbox. A “box for tools” that provides organizations, not just business, practical instruments for immediate use in the management of projects requiring the collaboration of teams composed by people of different nationalities.

Prior to joining Comau, he held executive responsibilities in FCA Group in Racing motorsport, Manufacturing,Finance and Auditing & Compliance.
