The second edition of the National Forum of Project Management will be held in Naples on October 19, 2018  at the Congress Center of the Maritime Station. The Forum is organized every year by one of the Project Management Institute (PMI) Italian Chapters  in close collaboration with the other two Chapters. The first edition was organized by the Central Italy Chapter and hosted in Florence, while the second edition is organized by the Southern Italy Chapter in collaboration with the University of Bari.

The Forum is a key event for the international community of Project Management.

It is an initiative created by the PMI Italy Chapters and perhaps the most important one among all initiatives produced from the collaboration between the Italian Chapters that started two years ago.

It is a high visibility event with the participation of professionals from major companies and with internationally renowned speakers in attendance.

It is a showcase for the Project Management Made in Italy, a high visibility opportunity, and a moment for sharing time and networking.

The title “Project Management 5.0” suggests what will be discussed in this edition, the focus will be placed on the skills required to the Project Manager in the future, in a rapidly changing world that is becoming increasingly complex. It will give emphasis to digital transformation and how this is changing the world, the way we live and work. Digital transformation, the constant change and the speed that impacts every business, poses new challenges to the Project Manager for the coming years. Innovation and technology, specialization and interdisciplinarity , flexibility and uncertainty, globalization and multiculturality, creativity and experience, dynamism and instability, multigenerational workforce all require skills and management styles updates. At the 2nd National Forum of Project Management people from companies, universities, scientific research institutes, public administration, social and cultural organizations will share experiences, analyses, proposals, tools and methodologies.
