I will change. Change Readiness in organizational changes projects
We will talk about change readiness. Organizational changes, adoption of new instruments and new operational procedures have a substantial impact on company performance and on many stakeholders: this requires to investigate how ready companies and organizations are to change models and instruments, if the needs and reasons of their change are understood and faced with the necessary effort and involvement and, finally, if the change is in line with the company value and strategy. These themes will be discussed starting from theories and articles on change and strategy by Robert Grant and Marge Combe and also with the theories described in the PMBOK Sixth Edition.
